Our goal is to provide a "100% Guest Pleasant Stay Satisfaction Policy" If a guest is not satisfied with the accommodations or with our service, the guest is required to advise the, 24 hours/day, front desk staff immediately after check-in about a justified problem and give the front desk staff the opportunity to make the situation right. If the front desk staff is unable to correct the situation to the satisfaction of the guest, and unable to satisfy the guest, we will credit the guest for the room for that first night, and the guest may cancel the Reservation without any charge. |
